Quality Control:

1)The high voltage 4000V test of each pump for safety control .

2)The noise control during test:During the pump working,the worker considers the

big noise pump(the sound caused by the rotor hit the motor)as the

non-conforming product. The big noise pump will cause the rotor fracture.

3)The pump must be tested the flow rate during the head is 40m.

The 40m head is the pump best usage performance for the user
