RWCQG12 Canal Lining Equipment is used to make rough face to fine face and to up to the desired accuracy. This machine is applicable to soft or semi-soft materials(the hardness of surface should be less than 50KN/m2) , the thickness should be less 12cm,
The traditional slope-cutting method is using excavator, which has high technical requirement for the operator, labor-costing, performance-unreliable and easy affected by environment.
1. Track-mounted walking, operation simple, earth-loosing and conveying simultaneously, high efficient.
2. Working chains and scraper conveyor transport the surplus materials to the desired location maximum.
3. Truss connection, modular design, easy to adjust the length and the slope ratio to adapt the changes of canal.
4. Running motor soft started to make the trusses walking steadily.
5. OMRON/SIEMENS/LS electrical parts, excellent performance;
6. The working chain is duplex design with high strength and ensures synchronization. The chains operate along guide track, stably and with high accuracy.
