Installation Method of Agricultural Water Pump

The installation technology of agricultural water pump is very strict.

Firstly, the pump base should be firm and the length of the suction pipe should be shortened as far as possible.

Secondly, the intake pipeline should be sealed reliably. Bottom valve and hose are secured by safety rope. If the water source is a channel, the bottom valve should be higher than 0.5 meters below the water bottom, and screen to prevent impurities from entering the pump.

Thirdly, when the belt is driven by pump, the tight edge of the belt should be lower in order to improve the transmission efficiency. Pump impeller steering should be consistent with arrow direction.

Three points should be paid attention to when inspecting water pumps:

(1) The pump shaft should be able to rotate flexibly without impact sound; there is no obvious radial shaking of the pump shaft, and sufficient lubricant is needed.

(2) Check whether the intake hose is damaged or not. If there is any crack, it should be repaired in time. Check whether the fastening bolts are loose or not, tighten the loose bolts.

(3) The insulation of motor windings and cables of submersible pumps must meet the requirements before they can be used.

Troubleshooting methods:

(1) No water absorption or no water output, mostly due to the bottom valve stuck, the filter water part silted up; the water absorption height is too high or the suction pipe leakage; and impeller channel blockage caused by the corresponding measures should be taken to solve.

(2) Leakage of water or air in the pipeline may be due to unscrewed bolts during installation. If the leakage is not serious, the cement slurry can be applied in the place of leakage or air leakage, and the nut can be tightened by the plate hand; if the leakage is serious, it should be re-installed.

(3) Violent vibration of water pump may be caused by unbalanced electric rotor, poor coupling, wear and bending of bearing, loosening of rotating parts, rupture and faulty pipe support. It should be adjusted, strengthened, straightened or replaced according to different conditions.
