Causes Of White Smoke Of Farm Corn Combine Harvester

There are four reasons for the white smoke from the exhaust pipe of farm corn combine harvester.

One is that some diesel oil does not burn due to poor atomization or dripping of fuel; the other is that there is water in the diesel oil; the third is that there are invisible cracks in the cylinder head and cylinder liner, and the cylinder head gasket is damaged, which causes water in the cylinder; the fourth is that the engine temperature is too low.

Solution for white smoke of farm corn combine harvester:

In case of poor atomization of fuel injector or drop of oil makes part of diesel not burn, it can be solved by cleaning or replacing fuel injector and adjusting injection pressure;

If the farm corn combine harvester cylinder head and cylinder liner appear invisible cracks, resulting in water in the cylinder, it is better to replace the cylinder head gasket, cylinder liner and cylinder head; for the farm corn combine harvester machine temperature is too low, the machine will eliminate itself after running for a period of time.
