The Main Structure Of The Sweet Potato Ridging Film Mulching Machine

The cultivation method of sweet potato in my country is mostly ridge cultivation and ridging film mulching machine. This planting method has high labor intensity, multiple production links, and low degree of mechanization, which seriously restricts the industrial development of sweet potatoes. For this reason, a sweet potato ridging film mulching machine was designed.

The major structural components of the sweet potato ridging film mulching machine are as follows

a. Rotary tiller case body, rotary tiller knife, tool magazine, central axis is inlaid in the box body, fixed with ball bearings.

b; The transmission input gearbox is connected with the tractor output with a universal joint to obtain power.

c; The support fixing frame connected with the tractor suspension is a three-point suspension, which is firm and durable.

d; Ridging film mulching machine ridging width and height can be adjusted by steel plate, and the rotating handle can be adjusted up and down, left and right.

e; The ridging film mulching machine roller fixing bracket is used to place the mulching film.

f; The filming roller is used to smooth the ground film in contact with the ridge surface to achieve the smoothness of the film.

g; Ditching plow and soil covering device, the former loosens the soil, the latter collects the soil to seal the solid covering on both sides of the mulch.

h; The contact between the film-pressing rubber wheel and the ground film forms a certain angle with the soil-covering plate, which is beneficial to the smooth progress of film laying. It is used for the planting of sweet potatoes, rhizomes of Chinese medicinal materials, and peanut flue-cured tobacco.
