(1) Clean the farm corn combine harvester carefully. After cleaning, start the farm corn combine harvester, let each part run at high speed for 5min, discharge all kinds of residues, wash the outside of the machine with water, and then start the machine to run at high speed for 3-5min to remove the residual water, and store it after drying.

(2) All filters and radiator plates need to be cleaned . It is necessary to carefully check whether the oil quantity in the gearbox and the hydraulic oil of the hydraulic device are sufficient and whether they need to be replaced. Loosen the tension devices such as conveyor belt, chain, spring and strand belt

(3) Check the traveling clutch, main clutch friction plate and release bearing, observe whether the wear of each group of clutches and bearings is serious, and adjust or replace them if it affects the farm corn combine harvester future work. To remove each spherical bearing, fill lubricating oil from the small hole of the bearing.
