1. Left and right horizontal adjustment.

First stop the ridging film mulching machine with the rotary cultivator on the flat ground, lower the rotary cultivator so that the blade is 5cm away from the ground, and observe whether the height of the left and right blade tips from the ground is the same, so as to ensure that the blade axis level is the same and the tillage depth is even during the operation of the ridging film mulching machine.

2. Front and rear horizontal adjustment.

When lowering the ridging film mulching machine to the required tillage depth, observe whether the angle between the universal joint and the first axis of the rotary cultivator is close to the horizontal position. If the included angle of the universal joint is too large, the upper pull rod can be adjusted so that the ridging film mulching machine is in a horizontal position.

3. Adjust the lifting height.

In the operation of ridging film mulching machine, the angle between universal joints is not allowed to be greater than 10 degrees, and it is not allowed to be greater than 30 degrees when turning on the ground. Therefore, for the lifting of ridging film mulching machine, screw the limit position at the appropriate position of the handle for the use position adjustment; for the use of height adjustment, pay special attention to the lifting, if it is necessary to raise the ridging film mulching machine again, the power of the universal joint should be cut off.
