The fourth is to address the problem of resource and environmental constraints, adhere to the priority of conservation and environmental protection, and fully tap the potential of agricultural mechanization to help agricultural sustainable development.
Li Weiguo pointed out that the overall goal of the development of agricultural mechanization in China is that by 2020, significant progress will be made in the full-scale mechanization of major crops before, during, and after production, and comprehensive mechanization of planting, cultivation, and cultivation. Liu Hengxin proposed that the sixteenth five-year plan for agricultural machinery promotion should be done in six key areas: first, to fully promote the full-scale mechanization of major crop production technology.
