Third, the spindle sway amount check

Important: Check whether there is any amount of sway in the horizontal direction of the spindle and whether there is looseness on the top and bottom. Fourth, clean the spindle and add grease

Important: It is recommended that the spindle be cleaned and greased daily during operation. At the same time, the exposed bearings of the spindle need to be cleaned, and it is recommended to apply grease.

Five, gearbox front axle inspection

Important: Check whether the front axle of the gearbox has a sway in the horizontal direction. If there is a sway, it is recommended to return to the factory for repair.
Check the one-way bearing. The normal condition is that the clockwise rotation can only rotate, and the counterclockwise direction will drive the spindle to rotate.

Six, start the shaft sway amount check
Period: During operation, check and confirm every day, and during non-operation period, check and confirm every week.
Important: Check the starting shaft for obvious swaying. If there is swaying, it is recommended to return to the factory for repair.
