1. At any time, pay attention to check whether the bolts and nuts of the water and air pipelines and the accessories of the drilling machine are firm

2. Pay attention to check the lubricating oil condition of wind turbine at any time

3. When the working face is immersed in water, use a large-diameter drill bit to open the hole and insert the drill pipe so that the drill pipe is 1-2m above the water surface to prevent mud and rock slag from falling into the hole.

4. During drilling and chiseling operation, the rig is not allowed to reverse at noon to avoid the drill pipe falling into the hole

5. When the drilling machine stops working in a short time, a small amount of air should be given to prevent sediment from entering the inside of the percussion device of the drilling machine. If the drilling machine stops working for a long time, the percussion device should be lifted 1-2m from the bottom of the hole and fixed.

6. Pay attention to the sound of the impactor and the operation of the gearbox during operation, stop the machine immediately in case of abnormal sound and phenomenon, and check it in time

7. When adding new drill pipe, pay attention to keep the hole clean, so as to avoid sand mixing into the inside of the percussion device of the drilling machine and damaging the parts of the well drilling machine
