1. When the parts are disassembled, proceed in the following order: gyrator→hoist→gearbox→power machine→others

2. The sequence of installation of the water well drilling rig is reversed from that of the decomposition.

Precautions When Installing And Disassembling Water Well Drilling Rigs

1. When disassembling the components of the water well drilling rig, the positioning pin should be removed first and then other disassembly work should be carried out. When installing, the positioning pin should be installed first, and then other parts should be installed after the position is aligned;

2. The joints must be protected when the oil pipeline is disassembled;

3. The number of disassembly of oil pipe joints should be minimized to avoid oil leakage;

4. When dismantling and installing the water well drilling rig, it is forbidden to hit the casting with force. When hitting other accessories, it should be padded with wooden blocks or red copper blocks;

5. Before installing the water well drilling rig, the parts must be cleaned with kerosene, wiped clean and coated with enough lubricating oil (or grease);

6. The damaged or worn parts of the water well drilling rig must be replaced;

7. When disassembling or replacing the bevel gear, the meshing clearance of the bevel gear must be adjusted accurately and the contact spots of the bevel gear must be checked. The tooth height and tooth length are not less than 40%, and then fill in an appropriate amount of grease.
