1、 If the radiator is not well maintained, the air passage at the lower part of the radiator is easy to be blocked in the process of farm corn combine harvester operation, so attention should be paid to the maintenance of the radiator.
But some places are short of air pump and water gun equipment, and the operators often neglect this aspect of work. With the increase of time, the blockage of heat dissipation surface becomes more and more serious, and even lose the heat dissipation effect.
Troubleshooting: remove the blockage on the air passage between the radiator fins in time. Generally, it can be removed by compressed air. When it is difficult, it can be washed with water gun and dredged with fine iron wire. However, after washing, the radiator must be dried before it can be put into use.
2、 Overload farm corn combine harvester in long-term operation, power consumption is too large, easy to cause the engine speed, fan speed, insufficient air volume, and cause engine overheating.
Exclusion method: try to work in the dry field first, and adjust the forward gear, cutting cap and stubble height of the farm corn combine harvester in time according to the crop yield, height and maturity. Minimize long-term overload operation.
3、 If the water tank is not covered, the cooling core pipe is blocked. Many operators like to open the water tank so that they can add water when the water temperature is too high. In this way, crop leaves and dust are easy to enter into the water tank, and gradually deposit as the cooling water reaches the farm corn combine harvester body and cylinder head, which affects the heat dissipation. In serious cases, the heat dissipation core pipe will be blocked, resulting in engine overheating.
Troubleshooting: in order to save the cooling time of adding cooling water, the water tank can be sealed with multi-layer gauze after it is open, and fixed with lead wire to prevent crop leaves and dust from entering the water tank.
