At present, the more widespread way of applying medicine in China is to let people carry a sprayer. However, because pesticides are very harmful to the human body, fewer and fewer people are willing to engage in manual labor. At the same time, another agriculture uav drone drug spraying method began to appear in rural areas.
A moment after pressing the button, the agriculture uav drone has multiple rotors and takes a few liters of liquid to fly from the ground. According to the set parameters and trajectory, it sprays pesticides to the entire operation area fully automatically and accurately. Since last year, the agricultural plant protection drone technology independently developed and manufactured by Chinese companies has made rapid progress, and agricultural aviation technology is profoundly changing the way of business in this field. From challenges, to entry, and then to the market, "machine transformation" in the field of plant protection has become a trend.
At present, the industry generally believes that plant protection drones have huge market space in field crops. However, whether it is equally promising in fruit trees is still an unknown number in exploration.
The "Kiwifruit Plant Agriculture UAV Drone Spray Test" organized by the Agricultural New Technology Promotion Association was conducted in the Kiwifruit Park. The protagonist of the activity, the multi-rotor plant protection drone, was provided by Shandong Weixin UAV Technology Co., Ltd.
In order to obtain the sprayed droplet data, the staff randomly selected kiwi trees with different spacings, and used paper clips on the front and back of the leaves to attach water-sensitive test paper according to the upper, middle and lower levels.
Because the fruit trees are generally scattered, the distance or spacing is uneven, the plant height, crown height, and the number of leaves are large. Traditional agricultural drones use GPS positioning, which can only carry out round-trip operations. The field operations are fashionable and acceptable. The orchard cannot be effectively applied. medicine. Therefore, the pilot uses manual control mode throughout the operation.
Technical experts of the kiwi orchard are also very interested in this drone flight test. At the same time, they also have doubts: considering the large orchard area and the height of the fruit trees, can the drone ensure that pesticides are sprayed on each fruit tree? If the fruit tree has many layers, can you guarantee that the fruit tree runs from top to bottom? Many pests will move on the back of the leaves. Can insecticide be sprayed on the back of the leaves? These concerns are not unreasonable.
The droplet characterization of the on-site water sensitive test paper shows that the droplets on the front of the blade are collected on both the top and bottom layers, but the droplets on the reverse side of the blade are significantly reduced, and some of the droplets are not even collected. It is related to taking a straight flight instead of a spiral route. At the same time, whether the on-site fog droplet data is positively related to the prevention effect after agriculture uav drone spraying, we will definitely overcome this problem.
